Here’s how I make bulletproof coffee with Kitu Creamer as a part of my weekly seasonal eating meal plan.
Kitu creamer is not local or seasonal, but it is a quality, non-dairy product created by a family-owned business. I love it!
I am practicing intermittent fasting this year, with a bulletproof coffee fast in the morning. This little habit has pushed my hunger back to noon or 1 pm 5-6 days per week. Since I’ve only been at this new daily routine for 3 weeks, you’ll have to wait until April or May for an update on how it makes me feel.

I’m simply sharing my seasonal eating meal plan for each week of 2020 in hopes it sparks a few more local and seasonal meals each week among our seasonal living tribe members! My version of Bulletproof Coffee using Kitu Creamer:
Bulletproof Coffee with Kitu Creamer
- Coffee Maker
- Special Morning Coffee Mug
- 2 cups organic coffee
- 3 tbsp Kitu creamer
- Make coffee to desired strength.
- Pour 2 cups hot coffee in a blender.
- Add 3 tbsp Kitu Creamer.
- Blend until frothy, 3 minutes +/-
- Pour into a warmed mug and enjoy!
- You can skip the blending, make cold, and do the blending with an immersion blender as you prefer. I make it this way to make myself slow down and enjoy this morning treat before jumping into my day.
