  • Knife and cutting board
  • Your favorite smoothie mug

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup organic coconut milk
  • 2 inches fresh ginger peeled and chopped
  • 1 whole lime zest and juice
  • 1 cup fresh greens kale, spinach, collards, etc.
  • 1 tbsp hemp, chia, and/or flax seeds milled
  • 1 cup water or ice

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in the bowl of your blender and run on high speed for 3-5 minutes.
  • Pour into smoothie mug and enjoy!
